This it's our 3rd trip to Paros and, until now, no taverna in Paros has been memorable.
Bountaraki is the last restaurant, on the left at the South end of Parikia strip of shops. The service is polite and friendly in a warm and cozy atmosphere. The prices are about the average we have paid around the Aegean.
However the menu, though mostly traditional, contains a few non- traditional and delicious alternatives. E.g. the goat cheese fingers and another with salami.
In the tourist trap taverns you might get an after dinner treat of watermelon or nothing. At Bountaraki you get a tasting of pannacotta. This taverns feels right.
We will be back.
