New management has taken over this restaurant - previously one of our favourites. Whilst it still has its own unique charm we were disappointed in a number of factors that we hope that the new owners will get right for the future:
> Reduced menu at the end of the season (September) - however this was not evident until we sat down and read the menu with many items deleted.
> Canned lager - not bottled
> I had a chicken dish which (and the owners may wish to correct this) seemed to be processed and not fresh chicken.
We will try Happy Green Cows again on our next visit to Paros - we hope that these problems can be put down as start up problems.
