My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights at Kontaros Studios & Apartments while in Paros traveling from Santorini to Athens. If we had known it was going to be so nice, we would have given ourselves more time to stay there, but unfortunately we had to catch a flight back home to Canada. The apartment we were in was two stories with a bunk bed, single bed, and kitchenette on the main floor and two single beds and a bathroom on the second - more space than we needed for sure but George upgraded us since we were there at a quiet time and he wanted to give us the nicer room!
Our stay there could not have been any better. George picked us up near the port and helped us bring our luggage up the stairs. The appartment itself was clean, comfortable, and charming. There was even AC which would be essential during the peak months of July-August.
Location was ideal - on a winding pedestrian street steps away from one of the small beaches in Paros, an excellent bakery, shops and the many waterfront restaurants and cafes in Paros.
Highly recommended for famililies travelling with young children, and couples looking to take a break from some of the more crowded islands in the Cyclades.More
