We stayed in this place in the beginning of July, just very close to the high season.
Location: it’s not far from the port – 10-15 min walk, and there are many restaurants and shops along the way. It’s just 2 min walk to the popular Livadia beach, and there are quite a few restaurants nearby (Try the Ambrosia restaurant! Highly recommended. Can’t beat their Anatolian specialties.)
Rooms: the room is on the small side – the only thing we felt a bit flawed. However, it’s very clean and well equipped – it’s got AC, TV, fridge and even a hair dryer. The bathroom is clean and functions well. Plus, there’s a very big balcony (our room is on the 3rd floor), where we can watch the sunset.
Services: it’s a very cozy family hotel – the father picks up/drops off guests from/at the port, the mother takes care of the breakfast, and the youthful son Manolis is in charge of providing all sorts of help/info to guests. The breakfast is included for us. It’s simple – bread, jam, butter, coffee, juice (very watery) and tea, and on some days there are boiled eggs. That’s adequate for me though, and I like having the breakfast in their lovely garden. Another plus of the service is the free wireless internet – just ask Manolis for the password.
We felt it's a very comfy and warm family hotel, and is rather value for the money we paid.
