We decided to go to this restaurant at about 9.30, after the waiter told us there was a table we had to wait for 40 minutes to get one. Once seated we had to wait another 10 minutes for the waiter to even consider us and when he finally got to our table to take the order he didn't even speak english (indeed nobody could well enough to understand what you are saying). Once we ordered the food arrived randomly, main plate first and then appetizers. Everything was there except for my plate: i waited another 30 minutes and when i asked the waiter for some explanation he told me by gestures that what i ordered was finished: he didn't even care asking me if i wanted something else or at least inform me.
My questions are: how can a place that relies on tourists not even have waiters or someone that talks english? How can someone manage a restaurant like this and still have business (i've seen a lot of cases like mine around me at the restaurant )?
