We are Spanish and eat fish almost every day, it is easy now for us to detect fresh fish from frozen. Their fish is super fresh!! You can choose it before eating it. We went 3 times during our week in Paros and the variety of fish was different on each day. Try this fish grilled you will not be disappointed!
The spot is, from our point of view, perfect. A few metres from the sea shore and if you book a table for 8pm you will witness an amazing sunset.
We recommend the Pasta with Lobster. I am not sure if it is in the menu, but the Manager at our hotel (Christos, at Lilly's Residence) recommended this dish, which you have to order one or 2 days in advance. The lobster is not only fresh from the day, but you can easily tell it is not farmed but wild. The lobster was perfectly well cooked. The dish beautifully served.The pasta could have been maybe a bit harder, but still... One of the best dishes I have ever tried and the best one in a long time!
We ate grilled octopus and grilled squid every day. Siparos did win our contest for the best octopus and, by far, the best grilled squid.
I had the local red wine as a little red wine is all I can have for health reasons and it was alright, coming from a wine country I may be a bit tough judging wines, but it was good.
The service is also very good and Paris, which I presume is the owner of this amazing place, had always a smile for everyone.
Go during the late morning so that you can make a reservation for the night. I can't stress out the fact that, if you like fish and seafood, this is a restaurant you should never miss!
We really loved Siparos and cannot wait to have a chance to go a gain when we visit this charming island once more.The only recommendation I would make to the owner here is to provide fish knives and fish forks, other than that, all I can say is that we love the spot, the service and the food!! Well done!!!
