Highs:
It is an average hotel, about 10km from the Athens city centre.
Very close to the beaches and party places in Alimos.
Many restaurants nearby.
Parking available in the premises.
Free wi-fi.
Friendly & helpful staff.

Lows:
Breakfast was included in room price, but was a huge let-down. Very basic and exactly the same everyday - bread, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, juice, tea/coffee. Was not impressed at all.
My partner complained that the carpets seemed a bit smelly like they had been damp for a while.
Hotel is right across a school, so it tends to be a bit noisy during the day.

Room Tip: Higher floors will have lesser noise from the roads.

Had previously stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend and the room was great for its money. very close to the beach and quite convenient for late-night partying (great clubs nearby). Front desk lady was extremely polite and helpful. Thought we'd revisit last weekend only the font desk was manned by the rudest hotel employee I have ever met. First he informed us that they were full for the night, and as we were about to leave he accosted my boyfriend, winked at him and suggested he rent us a room for a couple of hours! Of course we left and will not be returning.
Rudest hotel exchange I have ever experienced.

Location. Very close to the beach which however wasn't the most beautiful you can find in Athens. A bit of distance from the city centre and one week of taking tram with an uncountable number of stops to the historical area was really driving my nerves.

Breakfast was a little bit poor. Every day I had to ask at the bar for some extra cheese and ham...

Staff friendly. Especially Natasha.

Rooms good, with a balcony. However sleaping quality will be definitely affected by the enormous noice coming from the school oposit the hotel.

There were some problems with the electronic room locks. It was difficult to unlock or lock the door. And not only in our room.

Overall, not sure would I stay in this hotel again mainly because it was too far from the city centre.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the garden. Other wise the school oposit the hotel will definitely wake you up too early

Location is good, if you want to be close to the sea and tram station. Hotel rooms were renovated though it could be done nicer. Wi-fi is only in the lobby. Breakfast is very very limited and also served until 10 o'clock, which makes you wake up earlier to catch it. There are no amenities in the bathroom, except for the soap bar.The price per night is low but you can get a better service in the center of Athens (or at the seaside) for this money.

We stayed 4 nights at Nefeli Hotel. We chose it because it was cheap and we got a special offer (stayed 4 nights, payed for 3). The location is good, the sea is right across the road, many beautiful cafeterias and bars (and a nice beer house) are in walking distance, and right across the hotel is a tram station that takes you straight to the center of Athens or to other beaches. The room is big with a comfortable bed, has a small fridge, a hair dryer, air condition, tv and one of the walls (the one across the bed) is all mirror!!! The room was clean, probably recently renovated with modern furniture. The bathroom was clean and of appropriate size but has limited bath items, (but keep in mind that it is a 3star hotel). The breakfast was very very poor (not even basic) and the breakfast hall had very few tables. We never managed to find a table (the hotel was full), but they let us take our breakfast in the room, which was fun. Also, there is a coffee shop near where we had coffee and croissant for 3€. The most important minus was the lacking of sound proof. Right across the hotel there is a primary school and you can hear the bell ring and the kids yelling from 8 in the morning till the afternoon. Also, the hotel doesn't have a direct view to the sea, the rooms have a side view to the sea and there are no chairs and tables on the balconies. We will definitely visit again! Overall we had a great time! No major complains. Great price!
