Remarkable are the various sauces in the local style which come with the meals. Every dish our party of 6 tried was excellent, just as the other times we had visited the past few years.
The service by the staff dressed in traditional local costumes is friendly, professional and impeccable. Notable among the huge wine list are the wines bottled by the owner and his family from their own grapes grown nearby.
Excellent food in the tradition of the Baden region of Germany.
