What a fantastic hotel!! We stayed for two nights as part of our 'mini moon' and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in a deluxe room with a stand alone bath tub, open shower and exposed beams. The room was decorated to a very high stand and wad very comfortable.
On our first night we ate in the hotel restaurant and pushed the boat and had the Prestige Menu at 85 euros pp. It was a real treat and worth every cent! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was fantastic too.
A lot of the comments on tripadvisor criticise the hotels lack of English speaking staff. This was not the case at all, in fact all the staff went out of their way to talk to us in English when we struggled with our French. However, we did feel it was important to try and speak some French.....we were in France after all, go figure!!
