Been to Peper en Zout quite a few times since it opened in its current location. Was a big fan of the tuna salad.
However last went there just under a year ago and was dissapointed by the experience. The keenness to impress that was evident in the early days has been replaced by a complacency to churn out the same food, pack the place out and milk the clients. I will not return.
How do they get me back - a bit of imagination on the food, a bit more attention to service and watching the prices charged.
