I stayed at this hotel for a business seminar. It is approx. 5 mins in a taxi from the airport and 20-25 mins from Vienna centre. It costs 30-35 euros for a taxi into Vienna. The hotel is clean and well laid out. The bedrooms are basic but comfortable. The food was very good in the evenings and breakfast was typical European. There is a restaurant approx 5 mins walk away, out of hotel, turn right.

Booked this as it was advertised as an airport hotel. It is not, in fact it is so remote that my taxi driver got list trying to find it. Once there it is decent, but pretty spartan. There is a cafe/bar and the food is decent but overpriced.

My wife and I were in Vienna at the end of December to celebrate the New Year. We stayed in the hotel for two days. The room was very clean. Service was friendly and attentive. We took 'room and breakfast' arrangement. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The atmosphere was great with silent light opera music in the background. You can even smoke if you want. The restaurant is divided into two for the purpose. Of course you can not smoke in the rooms. The only complaint is about thin walls so you can hear everything around especially from room next door. The hotel's neighborhood is pretty quiet. The hotel is near the airport and about 15 km from the city of Vienna.
All in all a very quiet, nice and clean place where you're likely to wish to come again.

This a great hotel, far enough away from the airport to be quite, yet close enough tor a short shuttle ride for an early flight. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very nice, helpful staff, and a great restaurant! There is a great walking path on a greenway several block away also..

My husband and I stayed here twice recently. Once overnight after arrival at the Vienna Airport and then again a week or so later before we departed via Vienna Airport.

This little hotel is so very conveniently located to the airport! Its clean, tidy, the staff speak English and are all very friendly and helpful. The food was super. The Das Reinisch is small. Don't expect lots of perks. Courtesy and hospitality are the selling points, really. Say 'hello' to A. Kovacs, waiter in the bar/restaurant. This young man is great! We were also struck with the professionalism of a young lady who also worked in the bar/restaurant. So sorry we didn't get her name. Watch for her, though. She's in her early-mid-20s, dark hair in a pony-tail, excellent English (she studied in Canada for awhile). Both of these young people really made our stay wonderful.

We had a room facing the main street. For awhile at night it was noisy since this is the thoroughfare in the village, but by midnight, all was quiet. It was hot but there was a small airconditioner in the room.

The village has nothing to offer a tourist. We took a walk around. Nothing really to see. There is an oil refinery off in the distance and you can smell it just a bit sometimes if the wind shifts your way. Nothing too terrible. There is no corner store, no bakery or coffee shop nor is there a bank machine. There are a couple of other Das Reinisch properties down the street from the hotel and one may have a small bar. Not sure about that. There is one other small hotel down the street, too and it does have a bar and restaurant. Sorry ... we didn't go in so can't say anything about them.

Speaking of food .... there is a special dessert on the menu at this hotel under Chef's Recommendations (not under the dessert menu). Its made of vanilla sherbet or ice cream with a peachy-lemon surprise inside. Wow!!!! Do try it!

The hotel has a shuttle to the airport that runs 24 hours a day. Unfortunately (and I don't know why) we couldn't avail ourselves of it when we arrived at the airport. We were able to do so on the return, however.

The only drawback to the Das Reinisch was the high cost of the little buffet breakfast. If you didn't pay to have it included , don't get caught by this. Pricey!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back of the hotel if you are worried about traffic noise. And even though thi...

A quiet hotel in a suburb of Vienna, very close to the airport. The hotel staff were all very nice, spoke english and other languages without a problem. The room was clean, the hotel arranged for a car to bring me from the airport to the hotel direct, and also arranged my return to the airport when I left. There are several ways to get into the center of Vienna for your sightseeing. Taxi, which will cost 35 euros or more, one way. or the train from Schwechat which will cost you 4 euros on a week day or 2 euros on weekend, you can get there on the local bus which stops outside for 1 euro. Or make the walk to the Mannsworth trainstation which is a bit of a hike, but if you are up to it, go for it. Food at the hotel is good, the breakfast buffet can be a bit expensive at 14 euros, but this is Vienna and nothing is cheap here. Lovely place, very quiet, nice sleeping in peace and quiet for a change. The bus stops running at 8:30pm every day and does not run on sunday, so if you are there over a weekend you should plan for a taxi to the train station or make the walk.

Room Tip: I was in the building in the rear with a room overlooking the parking lot, which is the shady side o...

We booked Das Reinisch due to the hotel's proximity to the airport. In comparison to what the hotel at the airport cost, the price seemed reasonable at 79€. We also pre-booked a hotel shuttle to and from the airport at 7€ each way.

The service at the front desk was helpful but unfriendly. Our room was not in the hotel but in a bed and breakfast 200m from the hotel. When we booked online, it said free mini bar included, but there wasn't a mini bar in our room. We also had to pre-book our breakfast for 9€ per person. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We arrived at 6am hoping we'd have a decent selection and eat well before our flight. It was continental style but with very limited selection. We stayed in other hotels in Europe where breakfast was included in the booking and the selection was significantly better. We expected more for the value.

The room was outdated but very clean.

In terms of the town, there was nothing to do or see in the town. Besides the 2 hotels, nothing else was open. Perhaps it was the season but we did not see any people out on the streets. All shops and cafes were closed. City center is 20 minutes commute from the town.

The best part about the hotel is its proximity to the airport.
