Stayed with National Holidays what can I say a bit of confusion with the single rooms on arrival a suite offered but as we had paid the single supplement we wanted 2 separate rooms.
Reception sorted no problem no hassle has 2 apartments in the annex across the rood SPOTLESS CLEAN and warm great bathroom and even a little Kitchen and Fridge and hob

The hotel is clean and warming Breakfast is ham & Cheese and bread with fresh fruit and boiled eggs great section

Dinner was good cooked food basic but hot I enjoyed the whole week you order at Breakfast for the next evening but I changed my mind not a problem.
Wine and Beer al included with Tea and Coffee in the afternoon also.

We had a great week and enjoyed our stay reading the reviews was not sure

Stayed for one night during our drive from Denmark to Italy. The hotel is about 40 km from the A8 from München to Innsbruck.
The staff in this hotel is very friendly and check in went smoothly.
The room was nice and very clean. Had a small balcony facing the mountains. The bathroom seemed to be newly renovated. Only thing missing was suppliances such as hand soap.
The hotel offers safe storage of bikes in a locked room in the basement.
The breakfast buffet was very standard and offered a range of bread, meat, cereals ect.

This hotel is lovely and the setting and location are great. The staff in the dining room are very helpful and pleasant, however we found the reception staff to be very hostile and unhelpful. I would recommend the hotel but try to avoid reception if you can. It was a shame as we loved the holiday and kirchberg.

Just visited this hotel with National holidays. The hotel is fabulous our room was like an apartment spacious and spotlessly clean, the food was good with plenty to choose from. I think most rooms had a balcony with lovely views. Went on good trips on all fabulous holiday also thanks to Mark our driver who made it thoroughly enjoyable

Arrived very early on the morning of the 19th ( booked as a package and told they were expecting us) English understanding was quite bad and the comment “English for beginners” not sure if the lady behind the desk meant her or us... a little off putting to start the holiday which was meant to celebrate my 45th birthday! Told we could check in after 2.30 and we would be given a bus pass to use ( I needed to get to the flechenbahm to collect my skis) but could not have it until we checked in after 2.30... they also demanded a voucher from our travel company so phone calls had to be made and we were assured it was a mistake and all would be sorted out! Once checked in the room was lovely with an amazing view of the mialbahn to watch. Food was lovely ( although more veg and fruit would have been nice, fruit especially at breakfast) the lovely waitress took pity on us after day 3 and started giving us the menu in English which was a great help. Food was tasty and ate some dishes I’ve never tried before which was nice. Not impressed at having to pay almost €2.50 for a cup of tea though as no drink making facilities in the rooms ( small travel kettle would make the stay so much better) room was clean and comfy and very warm which was nice! Waiters and waitresses were pleasant and lovely and so kind, hotel staff ( apart from our first receptionist who was also there as we checked out) were very kind and helpful, things to note: ski room is through the garage and you need your room key to access it, hot drinks are quite expensive ( it is cheaper to get drunk) there are no take away cups for coffee on the morning you check out ( we had to meet our coach at 6:45 and breakfast is not until 7, we were told the night before to grab a coffee etc to take with us but there is no take away cups or any way of taking breakfast with you) the bus runs frequently at the start of the day and he end but quite sparse in-between. Overall the hotel is lovely and food nice but your first impression when you are English and being treated quite badly is not a good one and does not make you want to hurry to book again. My husband enquired about a small birthday cake whilst we were there and were told it would be €40 so we went to a cafe in town and had cake there, I know 45 is a bit of a milestone but not worth -€40 for a small cake it isn’t .
