First, we did do researching what's the best place to visit on Koh Samed and found this restaurant so we decided to join this restaurant. When we arrived there, the place is nice and amazing as over-water restaurant and accommodation on the sea. We really like the view and the location. The dining table is like Japanese table which you sit on the floor. It's amazing that you can drop your legs below and you can see fishes in the sea from your dining table. The food taste is good as they said they are restaurant managed by hotel. The price is pricy but reasonable if you want to pay for experience but we asked to change the table as there is another customer left and it available next to us which we could see a better view. The order taker said we can do it after they clean the table. We waited and I heard the order taker talked to his supervisor about our request to change the table but the supervisor denied as she get a reservation from another customer. Nobody came to inform us about this if I not hear they spoke each other until the supervisor lady walked pass me. I decided to ask her about my request, she answered me with cold voice tone and her manner is not professional. We understand if we can't change the table but we expected any feedback return to us and no unprofessional treat to us like this. We admit to pay the bill to exchange with good experience and memory but we really disappointed on what we found. The supervisor lady is less service mind. We are working in the same hospitality business so we understand the way of business but this is really turn customer down.
