We stayed a small week end of March in Samed Villa. It was recommended by a friend and he was proven right. We hired a little cottage (rearview). The price was included with big bed, daily clean towels (shower and beach), own shower/toilet, a small porch, breakfast and most importantly free leisurechairs on the beach. Breakfast was great, much choice, also lunches and dinners were of good quality. The beach was 50 meter walk, great beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nearby many restaurants and other nice beaches to relax.

Nice beach location in a lush green natural environment. Very family friendly resort with well equipped rooms and bungalows. Friendly and helpful staff and good food in the restaurant. Breakfast included in room rate.

We hadn't planned to stay at Samed Villa, but after walking by it we thought it looked really nice and decided to ask if they had a room available. We got a very good rate for a spacious room farther back on the property. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The included breakfast served on the terrace near the beach was a really nice touch. From there, it is easy to reach other beaches by following a path along the coastline. We definitely recommend it !

Wonderful resort. Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful service. Very good breakfast with a wide selection. The restaurant on the resort had the best dinner of those we tried on the beach. The resort helped us with transportation to an from the island / Bangkok. The speedboat was ok, the van (old Mercedes with cracked windows and dangerous drivers, flies/moscitoes inside the van) not recommendable.

Room Tip: We recommend that you pay the little extra to get seaview bungalow. To avoid noice from nearby night...

We are a family of 5 (2 adults/3 children) who live in Thailand and spent a great deal of time looking at the various resorts on Ko Samed for a weekend visit. After much deliberation we opted for Samed Villa and were so pleased we did. We took the speedboat directly to the beach (more expensive but fun) and was greeted by the hotel staff who were very polite and spoke excellent English. Our rooms were very clean and in good order and the facilities at the resort were also of a good standard. The only drawback is lack of a pool but the sea was clean and calm for the children to play in. The breakfast was good and there are a few bars and restaraunts along the beach if you want a change from the resort. Overall, a great short break and will definately be going back.

this is my second time to stay here. by new building was been built. samed villa resort has nice place to eat and has nice rom to stay. but this time , the music till midnight especially heavy bass from the bar just in front of the whole villa! though the view of the villa is wonderful. it has its own beach to stay all day. a nice place to stay for a long time
the staffs are more welcome western than asian tourists! its so pity to us.

Room Tip: rear rooms is quieter.

This resort is looking much nicer now than it used to. they seemed to have spent a lot of effort in making the grounds nicer, and their rooms are quite new and nice. We stayed at a family room, with two single beds, and a double bed. lots of room! Their restaurant is also quite nice, and you can sit on the beach and order drinks and food all day long. Their breakfast is quite good, and over all I really think this is a good option when on Samet.

Room Tip: The superior rooms are higher up, and seems cooler than the normal rooms. so if you like to sit outs...
