This is the best Steak House in Thailand. It is only 2 hours drive from Bangkok. Very reasonable price and T-Bone steak is a must!

Farm Chokchai provides the customers many types of food and beverage as well as activities for all kinds of visitors, for instance Steak House and Farm tour. I love their Ice-cream and steak at the restaurant, very delicious. The activities are great, many choices with different styles which is good option for family with kids. Moreover DONT miss their '' fresh " Milk, so gooood. Overall I love everything here, it makes me happy every times I visit :)

Farm Chok Chai or Chok chai farm ( Yes Yes... its same Chok Chai steak house at sukhumvit 23). its 164 km from SVB Airport. Take kanchanabhisek tollway to avoid traffic on pathumthani and friendship highway. It takes about 2.15 hour to reach the farm. Farm conducts 2.5 hours tours inside their farm. Kids will enjoy a lot. its advised to call them and book in advance. Tour fee Bt.300 for all whose height is 140 cm. or above.Tour is conducted in THAI ( It is not a big deal for NOn thais like me). Tour starts with a video presentation of their history in thai with english subtitle. Then a guided tour, tractor ride through their farm. Cows, Ox, Horse, Sheep, Goat etc.. They have following in the tour starting with
1. Demonstration of BULL/OX ( With thai presentation followed by video with english subtitle)
2. Cow milking demonstration ( You can take a chance of milking by yourself)
3. Cowboy show (Free)
2. Horse riding (have to pay)
3. ATV ride (have to pay)
3. Petting Zoo ( Can feed Rabbits, Sheep, Deers, Calfs but have to pay for the feed)
4. Animal Show (dogs show, bird show, sheep show) 10 minutes

Thats the end..... As advertised in their website they have stopped Ice-cream making event.

Farm has fantastic steak house (Restaurant) with juicy beef, pork, chicken, lamp chop and salmon steak's with burgers and super collection of sausages.. But if you need just their juicy steak no need to drive to their farm they have their steak house at sukhumvit 23 (In Bangkok)

Alcohol beer, wine available but they sell from 11.00am to 14.00 and 17.00 to 20.30 (time they close the restaurant. Credit car accepted. Don't go without your own transportation or without arranging one. If you are travelling to Khao yai with kids then its worth visiting this farm.

For more adventerous they have 1 night package with accommodation in tent for a night for 2 can add extra bed with all meals.

Pls excuse me of any typo or grammar errors

I went to Chokchai Farm several times for education (when I was in university), biz meeting & rest before heading back to Bangkok. The steakhouse and burger house are excellent, quality is good enough to pay, I avoid to compare with other local food places which pay less for cheaper ingredients. I prefer to pay for Chokchai signature products not the ones which are as same as other local products (more expensive with same quality).

We went to the farm with friends and their young children. It was about 2 hours drive from downtown Korat. The highway is good so the drive was quite pleasant. We got their early on a Saturday and took the farm tour. The tour went for about 3 hours. History of the farm, got to see the cows milked, you can participate if you wish. There is a bit of a corny western stage show, with lassoing and horse riding and the like. I say corny but the it was good and the kids loved it. You can also feed a variety of animals by hand and as an Australian I particularly like watching the blue cattle dog work the sheep. The guide pointed out the dog was born and trained in Australia. There are many other activities, you really should try the home made ice cream and there is a shop with plenty of souvenirs at reasonable prices. After the tour ate at the restaurant , it was very busy. Still we were seated , served and our food promptly delivered. I had a large steak, it was cooked to perfection and was delicious. All the meals were good and the prices were reasonable. All up it was a great day out for little money, particularly if you have young kids well worth a visit. We all had a great day.
