It's been a long long time, but from across the bay it appears that little has changed. You hike through forest along and near breathtaking view over the sea to the top of a small mountain. Along the way you pass through remains of old turn of the century (1900) gun emplacements for seaward defense. Most of the metal has been removed, but bunkers are still visible.
