The room was in the building next door to the owner's house, and had a magnificent view of the Fraser River and the mountains across a nicely kept lawn. The studio was neat and clean and well appointed (and air conditioned) and the owners were friendly. There was even an apricot tree in the yard! But we had to ask for several items that should have been in the room. The only negative was the breakfast (we had expected the usual breakfast that a B&B provides) which was 'self-catered' meaning that they were to supply the food and we were to make our own meal when we were ready. Unfortunately, the provided food was marginal. Fortunately, there was a great supermarket just up the hill, and we made our own breakfast augmented with things from the store. If you go prepared, you'll enjoy this location. There are not many options in Lillooet.
