I am astounded at the quality of this restaurant. The best , by a long way, food I have had anywhere in Scotland. All I can say is that everything was absolutely perfect from presentation to flavours.!

Definitely worth a detour....But book first!

Have eaten many dinners and lunches at Kildrummy Inn since Nigel, Helen and David took over and never been disappointed. Wonderful food in cosy surroundings, good wine and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Just back from having a delicious meal at Kildrummy Inn. 3 courses for £28 and not one complaint from the four of us. The service was happy and polite (not like the waiters you find in the city). I had risotto bon bons for starter, Duck for main and brownie for desert and would defiantly go back and try 3 different dishes as they all looked amazing!

We have visited the Kildrummy Inn twice now and both times the food has been exceptional. The Chef, David Littlewood, won Scottish Chef of the Year in 2013 and it is a title that is well earned.

The restaurant has a welcoming reception room with a wood burning stove, a characterful bar and comfy seating to enjoy while you peruse the menu. (the range of whiskies available is also excellent)

Service was impeccable and it appeared that all the other diners felt similarly going by the many smiling faces as people rolled out of the restaurant after the Valentine's Day taster menu.

I heartly recommend visiting this wonderful restaurant.
