Nice hotel with nicely appointed rooms and a good bar with an excellent breakfast. Bell doesn't work so don't bother with it. Not cheap either.
Severely let down by a stag party who were up all night partying in rooms and corridor with slamming doors. When requested the porter did quieten the situation at 4.30am but this was after another resident had forced the situation to come to a head.
This could be a one-off, I hope.
Customer service was poor the next day with regard to this. A shoulder shrug doesn't cut it.
Bedroom doors are inclined to slam so need a soft close mechanism.
