We stayed here for 4 nights (Tuesday 11th - Saturday 15th) and had a lovely time. The room was nice and clean and it was very quiet considering you are next to reception.

Breakfast was lovely! My partner had cooked breakfast which was cooked to order and good quality. I had the continental breakfast and that was also very nice.

The final night was more interesting as we had a power cut! It made things different but still enjoyable. The staff coped well under the pressure and managed to keep a smile on there face. They couldn't help it as the storm had caused it over the area. By my surprise the next day I received a phone call off them apologizing again and to find they had already refunded my money for that night! How often do you get refunds without asking?!

They clearly pride themselves in what they do and if you have any problems they deal with them quickly. Unfortunately the reason we went to Surrey was cancelled due to flooding however we will probably stay here again when we re-book the event!

We cant fault the hotel!

Well located for our purposes and in our budget. A converted listed building with good sized, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and parking. The staff were really good - especially those on the breakfast/restaurant side.
Whilst it wasn't a problem, I didn't care for the film obscured windows and didn't understand the reason given for them.
We would have liked a second chair in the room. I used the desk for working on a lap-top and my wife had to sit on the bed. There was plenty of room for another chair.

We checked in for one night as a couple with a young child. This place does not cut it even as a budget hotel. Receptionist was helpful enough but that's as far as it went. Our room was small for a family of three and absolutely stank of mould! It hits you as soon as you walk into the room, clearly the property (which is fairly dated) has issues with damp/mould. The bathroom was small and smelt very strongly of urine - we read this in a previous review before we went and can unfortunately confirm that it is true! (we were in room 15 - perhaps other rooms aren't so bad?) There were patches of mould on the ceiling above the shower. The room did not provide a phone - meaning we had to go up and down lots of stairs with our 3 year old to speak to reception (there is no lift) The air conditioning system is really strange and despite us turning it off, it randomly went on and off throughout the night - so much for 'a good nights sleep guaranteed!'

The worst part happened in the morning - we had slept in until 9 due to all being disturbed through the night by the A/C and as I got up to use the bathroom a male member of staff let himself into our room without knocking - seeing me in my underwear before exclaiming he had got the wrong room and quickly leaving - this was so humiliating and I felt violated. We went down to breakfast, in the Beefeater - they were very busy for a Sunday and rushed around trying to get things replenished but clearly were understaffed - the toaster did not work, and the order of vegetarian breakfast was disappointing - the food was not great- mushrooms were cold, veggie sausages hard and tasted like cardboard, hash browns dripping in grease, 'grilled' tomatoes were raw and cold. The eggs were ok. The pre-filled coffee decanters didn't do a great job and coffee was luke warm - pretty much cold after adding milk - breakfast certainly was not worth nearly £20 for two people.

We couldn't wait to check out but reception was un-manned for over 10 minutes, we pressed the bell numerous times before the receptionist came out of the restaurant to serve us (obviously due to them being busy) - she asked us if everything was ok with our stay and at this point I felt unable to tell her what had happened as there were several other people also waiting to check out.

Do not go here - I'm quite certain that Premier Inn will pull out of this hotel in the next few years as it's dilapidated and definitely on it's last legs.

We went here for the breakfast which is £8.25 per adult and kids eat free. This isn't the first time we've had breakfast here when its always been average but today wasn't good. The croissants were doughy, the coffee was watery. The hot food fared no better. The eggs looked like someone had sneezed on them, the mushrooms were tasteless as were the grilled tomatoes which were just a red mush with no taste. The hash browns tasted like cabbage and the sausages were the cheapest you can get with probably not even 50% meat in. I do realise you get what you pay for and unfortunately today it showed.

We stayed here for one night. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly and efficient member of staff. Our room was huge, we had a family room, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and powerful. We had the continental breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. We had a great stay and would use the hotel again.

Knowing of Premier Inn good reputation, we decided to book three nights at the Manor Inn Hotel Godalming, So we could visit our respective familys for an after Christmas break as we live in East Sussex and this was the best way to do it, Well we was not disappointed we had a very nice quite room it was warm and clean & comfortable, nice big TV with many channels what more could you ask for,
As for the breakfast excellent, after a Premier breakfast (a full monty) you wont need any thing else for the rest of the day, and very pleasant and courteous staff,
We did not have an evening meals this time but i have in the past and they have always very good, and good service and good value for money,... ( nice big car park)... so till the next time

Room Tip: we were in room 10 and it suited us, it was quite no outside noise, got a good nights sleep

Stayed here for 1 night on business. I find with the Premier Inns you know what youre getting .... its a bit like going to any chain (McDonalds et al). This didnt disappoint apart from a couple of very small points - the air con unit wasnt working and the fan in the bathroom was very noisy (Room 1). Otherwise, staff were pleasant, food was good and it was all clean and tidy. No real complaints.
