Reviewed November 14, 2016 for a stay in November 2016

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary by climbing the three peaks... and staying here was a wonderful place in which to do that! Everything you could need, clean, comfortable (the bed was sooo comfy!) and beautify decorated. We loved it!

“Lovely half term break”
Reviewed October 31, 2016 for a stay in October 2016

My husband, daughter and myself stayed here for 3 nights during half term. This is a lovely holiday apartment and very well equipped. Plenty of space to relax on an evening. Bed was really comfy. 10 minute walk into Ingleton for pubs and shops. Surrounding area is beautiful. We didn't move the car from parking up to going home - we walked to the Waterfalls and White Scar caves straight from the apartment. We had a lovely time.

“Lovely First Stay”
Reviewed September 14, 2016 for a stay in September 2016

We had a lovely stay at Northern retreats for our sons first holiday. The apartment is located in the picturesque village of Ingleton and is well set out to make it easy to call home.

We would definitely recommend this to others!

“Stay for EuroSpeleo2016 congress”
Reviewed August 30, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

Since we where not sure about the weather in Yorkshire for a week long visiting the EuroSpeleo2016 congress in Dalesbridgewe decided to rent an appartment to stay with our two little daughters. And that was a very good decision, while the appartment was great to stay. Felt like we where at home.

“Everything you need!”
Reviewed August 15, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

The apartment is smart, clean, fresh and tidy. It is literally home from home with everything in it that you could need. Particularly useful on the bookcase are the ordinance survey maps and the many local brochures that are relevant to the surrounding area - we used these a lot during our stay. It was nice to leave bedding, towels, tea towels and toilet rolls at home as these were all included.
Ingleton is a fantastic place to have a base from which to explore - the waterfalls trail was literally a 5 minute walk away and White Scar caves (closely followed by Ribblehead Viaduct) was only 5 minutes in the car. Inglethorpe can be seen from the lounge window and the walk to the top started from the village and was easily accessible.
All in all a well equipped apartment in a beautiful part of the world! Smashing!
