We visited over new year 2011/12 and had a fantastic time. It really was a superb base for us for a few days. Ingleton is a short walk away and offers plenty of pubs and the waterfall walk is a great activity. Ingleton is an easy base to explore the area in more detail.
The Cottage we stayed in was in beautiful condition and was equipped with all the items you need for a trip away and was very well furnished with modern items. The log burner was also a lovely feature! It was spotlessly clean and I will certainly visit again and I really couldn't fault it.

My husband and I have been staying at Beech Tree Cottages since Sharon first opened them, have been back many times. Always have a lovely time, very relaxing and plenty of places to see nearby. The cottages are warm and cosy but with plenty of room to feel comfortable. Thanks very much. We will be back soon.

One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. Wonderful views, very nice people and a fantastic clean modern but full of charm cottage, especially the log burner and Christmas tree. A real big thank you from us all and we will be back next year now santa knows where we are. x

Cottage is kitted out fantastically well and v clean on arrival. We were here to do some walking and lots of variety within a short walk or drive. Sharon one of owners is available on site and v helpful. Would love to return.

If you want friendly, VERY clean, comfortable, GREAT location, beautiful views(the sunsets across the valley on a clear evening are beautiful) and a relaxing atmosphere then Beech tree cottages are a must. Having just returned from our 3rd visit the cottages are as well kept as ever, before finding Beech tree cottages we never returned to the same place twice, lots of places are filled with grannies old furniture with the musty smell that goes with it and decor that's never been updated, with not even a sharpe knife or bottle opener (you know what I mean), these cottages I can tell you have everything and they even send you an inventory of what's in them so you don't have to bring the kitchen sink. Our two children and the dog all love the cottages and Ingleton especially the play park and the outdoor swimming pool, the pizza place and the Highwayman(very child friendly) restaurant are great for food as well as lots of lovely little cafes in Ingleton, be warned you will go home fatter. Sunny our dog loved Milly (labradoodle)and Molly(spaniel, the owners dogs) they all had a great time charging around the garden. With FREE Wi-Fi,(how can anyone complain about that) DVD's for those wet days or nights in by the lovely log burners what more can you want, have a look at the web site, what you see is what you get and believe me if you don't like it and are not happy then your the type that will not be happy anywhere or will look for something to have a moan about. Thanks again and look forward to seeing you next Easter. Jane, David, George, Emma and Sunny.
