Just fabulous! A comfy, cosy cottage with everything you need for the perfect stay. Everything is right on the doorstep including the outdoor pool (get there early), fabulous walks and lots of pubs and eating establishments! Would highly recommend the cottage and will definitely be staying again! Thank you
I visited with my husband and 7 year old for Easter weekend. The cottage is beautiful and decorated to a really high standard. The beds were really comfy and we loved the log fire. The cottage had a great selection of games and DVD’s etc perfect for cosy nights in. It’s location was great and in easy walking distance of the village shops, pubs and the waterfall trail. If you want to park up and not drive again you can but it is also an excellent base for exploring further afield. Would definitely stay again.
We have just got back from 3 nights in this beautiful cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The log burner at night was a perfect end to our day. Perfect location with the start of ingleton falls, local pubs and shops just a short walk down the road. The wifi was excellent. We will 100% be back
We stayed at the cottage for four nights during half term. It’s situated in the centre of the beautiful village of Ingleton. The accommodation is two bedroomed. It is modern comfortable and cosy it has a 50” Tv in the front room, a log burner and a well equipped kitchen. At the rear there is decking where you can sample the beautiful countryside views and the viaduct. Upstairs there was a modern bathroom and two luxurious bedrooms, a spacious double and a second bedroom with bunks. Each night we had a good nights sleep ahead of the activities we had planned the following day. The cottage is situated minutes away from pubs, eateries and shops and is also five minutes walk from the start of Ingleton falls, a heated outdoor swimming pool and a climbing wall. There is also an excellent children’s playground within touching distance of the cottage.
Ingleton unique location places it on the border of Lancashire and Cumbria and for those wishing to travel further afield there are plenty of attractions within a Short commute. We recommend both Forbidden Corner and Thornton Hall Country. Within Ingleton you must walk the falls as it’s simply breathtaking and the chippy at the end of the walk offers a tasty reward.
We will definitely be going back as we had a fantastic time and the accommodation was perfect for our needs.
Located in a nice little town with great access to the Yorks 3 peaks. House itself is very comfortable - a great place to come back to for a big pot of Yorkshire tea and some curd tart after a hard day in the hills.
The cottage was beautiful, modern & everything was brand new, spotless.
The bed was so comfy & we both slept like a baby.
The location was lovely, walking distance from local pubs, shops & restaurants.
We would definitely recommend & cant wait to go again
