I am a regular customer ,and am increasingly frustrated by good coffee and good food being let down by very pleasant but poorly trained staff. They desperately need to go on "the course" and then to have someone to critically oversee their duties. To see the contrast you only need visit a Costa or Caffe Nero. The difference in attitude and efficiency is starkly obvious . The owner must not let what is essentially a good venue become a place to annoying to visit,for the sake of proper staff training .
