Our little girl had fallen and cut her knees quite severely, and the staff helped us provide first aid. If that wasn't enough, they offered to let us use their wheelchair because she was unable to put any weight on her legs without crying at the time. We went around the castle much easier than we would have carrying her all the way around, and just carried her when there was no access to the inside due to steps. To top it all off, we thouroughly enjoyed the castle grounds itself, which would have been a completely different story if they hadn't been so helpful and thoughtful.
