Stayed in a recently refurbished room with a new dreamer bed, which was very comfortable. The room and linen were spotlessly clean. It was quite a warm room so the fan provided was essential.
Katrina was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating to our dog (Teddy Bear Terrier). It is so nice be able to go away with our dog. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly.
Perhaps I wouldn't eat an evening meal there again, few bits on our dinner were forgotten but there was plenty of choice for breakfast and do remember it is an optional extra, you don't have to eat there.
So for a friendly welcome, clean environment and competitive price its ideal.

Room Tip: Car park side is quieter

Stayed here whilst on a course in cheshunt.

First impressions are nice hotel!! The food was mediocre to say the least and cold, breakfast was poor, food again cold and for the price not much of a selection in the hot section! Coffee out of a machine was utter disgusting and the bacon was like cardboard, beans cold, no fried eggs(Not good)

I would also say it seems the hotel is for the less fortunate people to live at long term as every one knew eachother and just seemed strange place.

Staff are friendly,

Rooms are ok, clean and tiday and comfy but gee wiz i stayed on the fourth floor which was just too hot, the room was so hot i couldnt sleep so decided the opening of the window would be good but then of course you have the added noise of cars, boy racers up and down it was just beyond belief!

I asked if anything around there to be told no but low and behold a 5 minute walk to the left of the paper factory there is shopping centre and decent places to eat. So dont be fooled to eating here, infact id find another hotel. I have stayed in travelodges previously but this has to be the worst one.
I'll be back at the premier inn next time im afraid

Stayed here for one night while visiting paradise wildlife park never stayed in a travelodge before so was open minded. The hotel was very close to where we was visititing was about 13 mins away. First impesstions was nice building And nice clean reception area. Room was average had a funny musty smell to it and there was white stains on the floor and a black mark on striped thing over bed not sure what there called. Tv remote did not work and the tv only had 4 channels that worked propely we got a new remote that worked good. Bathroom was clean apart from water marks down side of bath. The bed was very comfy and sheets were clean. We usually stop at premier inn just thought we would try travelodge cause of price and location but think i will spend a little more and stick with premier inn sorry travelodge

Easily accessible hotel, on the A10 near Cheshunt, just off the M25. Arrived late as usual, but got a cheery & efficient reception, so wasted no time in checking in and getting to bed. Rooms have just been refurbished and are bright clean and comfortable. New Beds are great and once i had removed two of the Pillows, I had a good night;s sleep. (Pillows a little too bulky and firm for my personal taste, but otherwise good). Free & ample car parking a real bonus and breakfast not exciting, but good value for money. All in all I reckon 9/10 for this hotel.

Katrina checked us in, she's lovely and welcoming. Disabled access is ideal, hand rails positioned well, emergency alarms for disabled users, all staff extremely professional. I actually look forward to staying again :)
