I love the local olive oil...is so nutty and aroma, you could just dip all the bread before the food is serve. The selection from menu is simple and very good portioning. Waiter is very attentive ad helpful. Small restaurant but you feel right at home.

This place is amazing! The food is homemade and truly authentic Turkish. The restaurant is in a 200 year old house owned by a guy who was born there. This is by far the best food in Cappadocia.

We spent a relaxing afternoon having lunch on the terrace of this delightful restaurant and hotel. The first thing I was taken with was the beautiful Turkish rugs lining the floor. The building itself is an impressive structure, and we found the food and service in the restaurant to be excellent. We had a special treat that afternoon when one of the waiters played a Turkish mandolin and sang for us. The environment was so welcoming and friendly, the staff so courteous and attentive, and the food so good, it made for a wonderful afternoon.

We recently enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Old Greek House. We were seated inside the main hall (I can't think of what else to call it) but the room does open up on one side to the outdoors. The room has pretty frescoes, a high ceiling and a number of arches which gives it great character.

The food didn't disappoint. The mezes we tried we all excellent (falafel, ezme and lentil balls) with great flavor and just the right amount of spices. The meat and vegetable stew served in a clay pot was superb - the meat was tender and it was nicely seasoned with onions, garlic and tomatoes. The Turkish ravioli was served in a yoghurt sauce which was quite good. You were also given four different spices to add in as you wish.

We found the service to be a little slow and inattentive which was odd given we were the only people having dinner in the restaurant.

The village of Mustafapasa is a little out of the way but it's worth the drive to have dinner here.

We visited twice in June, once for dinner and once for lunch. We found the food excellent on both occasions and the service the right combination of helpful and attentive. The building is very interesting and the restaurant in a lovely, mainly covered, courtyard. I think the previous reviewer must have been unlucky
