We stayed here for two weeks. Our apartment No 205 was spacious and clean and had everything we needed apart from a kettle (which I'm presuming you had to hire, I didn't ask and made do with a pan). The staff in the well equipped Spar shop right underneath our apartment were very helpful. The pool area at the hotel was very peaceful and enough sun beds for everyone. Tracey, Mel and Viv & the gang at the pool bar are great and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for any of them and the food was very good. Happy hour certainly made me happy, good measures in the cocktails. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and there are several restaurants all serving good food and a few gift shops there. There is a bus stop in between the hotel and beach if you want to go a bit further afield too and the buses seem to run regular. The coastal walk to Puerto Rico is lovely and takes about 20minutes with a great refreshment stop half way. We got the water taxi from Puerto Rico to Puerto De Mogan which was lovely and the market was brilliant, barter to get a bargain. My only negative is, although I like the peace and quiet in the day at the hotel the night time was a bit too quiet. The solution to this, we walked to the Europa Centre which also took about 25minutes but it is uphill and I mean uphill but the nightlife was there until 03:00 if you want it. We got a taxi back though which was so cheap. We met some really nice people whilst there and I will definitely be going back.

Wow what a fab place to stay for 2 weeks. clean and tidy rooms pool and bar area all at a few paces away. If you want a great apartment with friendly staff this is the place for you.The pool bar is run by tracey and her family who´s hospitality is second to none. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced and happy hour is a must for cocktails.By 11pm all was quiet at the complex but if you want night life it is only 4euros in a taxi to puerto rico.Internet needs to be improved and a double bed would have been nice. We will be back for more in oct for sure .

Room Tip: Higher rooms are better for views and noise from the road

Hotel is in good location just a short walk from the beach. Pool area is lovely. Very Peaceful. Ideal for quite days around the pool or for some family fun with the kids. Has some toys inside and outside for the younger children. Also has a small games room including pool tables and Internet. Could do with some evening entertainment but apart from that is perfect.

Overall these apartments are clean, spacious and good value for money. However, if you are given rooms 101 - 106 then I suggest you get back on the bus and look for another complex. Not only are these apartments on the ground floor, you don't you get a view except for a wall and you are overlooked by the apartments opposite and they can see right in your room and you have no privacy. In the early hours you have guests walking right passed your bedroom window shouting and singing, I ended up putting ear plugs in to block out the noise, and you can also hear upstairs dragging their furniture around in the early hours (really who needs to move their table at 4 in the morning!!). We did email the manager 3 months ago requesting if possible a high floor and as there were 3 rooms needed, that we could be next to each other, neither of these requests were taken into consideration and I do understand this cannot always happen but its not like they didn't know in advance.

On a positive note, the pool area was spacious and plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day. The staff in the pool bar were nice and friendly, even popping over to the room to see my daughter who was ill, as they could hear her vomiting in the bathroom as they were that close.

We have only given this review an average, purely based on our experience of the rooms and noise etc, had we been allocated rooms elsewhere we would have given an 5/5 an this is not stopping us from returning in October as the receptionist has promised us higher rooms next time.

Room Tip: avoid rooms 101 to 106, try and get 3rd or 4th floor rooms

Had a fantastic holiday all round for 2 weeks from 2nd June. Apartment was very spacious and very clean, equipped with everything we needed. Big balcony with table and chairs, also sun beds. Was in room 305 so we got the sun all day.Spar shop just below us which was very convenient and sold a good range of products.
Friendly pool bar staff who served breakfast, lunch and dinner, good food, Also had a happy hour!! Lovely pool to jump into which was needed as weather was very hot.
Beach is just a 5 minute walk away with a good choice of restaurants with very good food, the Indian restaurant on the way down to the beach was very good,
There is a lovely walk along the cliff top to Puerto Rico. We also got the water taxi to Puerto De Mogan which is beautiful.
The walk along masspalomas beach is a must, we last visited here 7 yrs ago.
Palmitos Park is also a must.........fantastic bird of prey show, dolphin show and lots of other animals, orchid house and butterfly house to look at........great day out in the mountains
will definitely come back and would recommend these apartments

Stayed here as a couple for 10 days from 3rd June till 13th June. Could not fault this place. Very clean, excellent location (only 5 mins to beach), friendly staff. Accommodation has everything you need, except for iron, hairdryer (available from reception), Fan (available for rent) and safe (available for hire). Apartments also have great balcony so you can use the sun loungers to chill in the morning or evening. Great pool + pool bar which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to visit Gran Canaria.

Room Tip: We were in room 411 which is the top floor giving great views.

We stayed from may 28th until June 4th, and from start to finish it was perfect, location, staff, room, pool. It was our 1st trip to GC, we didn't arrive on island until 7.30pm but I had contacted management to request a late check in, the owner/manager was there waiting for us, so professional & curtious. We stayed in room 207, it was spacious and spotless, it had everything we needed and a big balcony that had direct sun from 2pm to 8pm. The beds were also very comfortable. The complex was quite, no loud music, perfect for a quite get away, large spar shop also on sight which had everything you could possible want, again staff there were very professional. The beach was only a 5 minute walk, on route was the taxi rank and bus stop. Puerto Rico was only a 15 min walk in a beautiful coastal walk way, we had a rented car so traveled to Morgan most evenings. Which is beautiful. We will definatly be back, our flight was not until 5pm we asked the manager could we stay on and that was no problem. Keep up the good work and see you next year.
