Stefano is a spectacular person. He is knowledgeable about his wine. But more importantly, he is a wonderful human being. He is wise, funny, entertaining and full of energy. I could have talked to him for hours. I hope we have the opportunity to cross paths again during our lifetimes.

Stefano was a phenomenal and gracious host for this extended tasting. Very knowledgeable, funny, creative, thought provoking and personal ... and very entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed his wines, his stories and his jokes. This is a wine tasting experience like no other!

We were walking past the shop and were intrigued by the boxes seemingly spewing out the door. We looked Accademia up on Tripadvisor and figured we couldn't go wrong given the almost perfect 5-star ratings. We came back the next day and were thankful we did. Stefano is one of the most memorable people you will ever meet. His passion makes the experience, but it's even better with his sense of humour. Thank you Stefano!

Stefano was amazing. By far, this has been the best food/wine experience we’ve had during this trip to Italy. And, our ride to Panzano was by chance, how serendipitous. Stefano took us through a thorough tour of the wines from the Tuscan region with fun entertaining stories as an added bonus. It’s obvious to anyone who experiences his presentation that this man loves what he does and he loves making people happy. I’d consider him a treasure of Panzano. Each wine was described in detail and he gave you time to enjoy. His delivery was musical and dance like, something you’d understand only if you experienced time with Stefano. If you’re in Panzano, or even near Panzano, make this shop a priority to visit.

It's been 10 years now since the first time I visited Stefano's shop in Panzano. In my opinion, it is still the best tasting experience around. Stefano walks his guests through the tasting of local wines, olive oils, and other artisanal products all the while entertaining with his amazing anecdotes and stories. If you are in Chianti and you like wine, you must stop at Stefano's. Thanks for another great visit and I hope to see you again next year!

Stefano is amazing. A true philosopher whose heart is in the right place. It is clear that he knows his wine and enjoys interacting with people. A must do experience. One gets to sample many different wines from the region which makes this experience way better than going to only one vineyard.

We spent a wonderful afternoon with Stefano, tasting a huge variety of local wines and being thoroughly entertained. A warm and engaging character, Stefano juggled customers throughtout the afternoon and had us all talking with each other and being social. The wines were great on the day, and as we continue to open or purchases, they've proved even better.

We were given a warm welcome by Stefano. He is very patient and well knowledgeable of the wines served! We were struck with the fact that although we tasted a long list of wines in no time he has pushed to sell the products. He managed to grab also the attention of our 7 year old child who was quietly listening and sometimes treating him with a dip of choclate! Undoubtedly recommend Stefano as the best experience in Tuscany!

Having stumbled across it by accident on a lazy Sunday afternoon, we had the most fantastic wine tasting with the unforgettable Stefano. Cannot recommend highly enough, delicious wine, expert knowledge and great stories!

Our first full day in Tuscany and we find this place on our bike ride. Having read the reviews and being wine lovers, we stop for a tasting, even though it is just after 10. Stefano is quick to let us know it is ‘wine o’clock’ and embarks on a wide ranging tasting of local wines. He mixes his live of life and wines, recounting stories and philosophies. We loved the experience, tasted some great wines, and left with a bottle...but there is no obligation to buy anything and no cost for the tasting! Highly recommended
