My husband and I dined here and I was very impressed with the imaginative and delicious cuisine. Having worked for many years in the restaurant industry in the US, I find that Italian restaurants tend to stick to their very traditional fare and not venture off into fusion or any type of twist on an original recipes. Living here, I can become quite bored with the same old stuff, so A di Alice was a breath of fresh air for me! Although the portions are a bit small, each dish was prepared exceptionally and in unique ways. My (Italian) husband wasn't as thrilled as I for 2 reasons: One, it was quite expensive and two, he doesn't require the variety of styles that I do! But I would definitely revisit and bring "foody" types here!
