If there is a heaven, this is what it looks like. Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view. Stayed there with my wife and we both agreed it was worth every penny! The personnel was super friendly making our stay even better with lots of homemade treats every day! We had the most relaxing vacation ever and we cannot wait to go back!

We booked this hotel after having done some extensive research online. The hotel is amazing but we have all read this in all the other reviews as well. Here are some of my thoughts: The first thing i noticed is that this hotel wasnt available to book on any of the popular booking websites like booking.com or expedia. We had to go through the hotel website direct which shows that the owners are confident that their pricing is competitive compared to their competition and doesnt need travel websites to get people thru the door. The hotel offers good value for what you get considering the "to die for" location you are in and the freebies u get everyday like desert crepes, or cocktails. You also have free coffee and cake for breakfast everyday sent to your room which i thought was a great touch because i wasnt always up for a big feed first thing in the morning. The staff are all really friendly and extremely hard working. Santorini in the summer seasons can get very hot and humid which can make u lethargic but the staff here were full of energy. One guy in particular was more than happy to hoist our 23 kg suitcase on his arms, walk up or down a long flight of stairs and still have the energy to say good morning with a smile and serve coffee and cake to the other rooms without showing a shred of tiredness. If u are after beer there are 7/11 type stores behind the hotel where I bought 440 ml cans of greek beer for 1.20 euro which i thought was quite cheap. We had a room with an outdoor jacuzzi which was really cool but our room was the one by reception which meant it wasnt as private so if u know what room number it is (because i dont remember) try and avoid that one. It was a major issue tho and we still loved our room. We rented a smart car convertible just for laughs and it turned out to be a good decision. The intense heat means u wont feel like walking everywhere. Do make sure u get the car by paying more to reduce the excess tho. The saying " might is right" holds true on this island with its local bus drivers showing u no mercy so the reduced excess might be useful. We had a great time at this hotel. It totally deserves it top 5 ranking and would be back in a heartbeat if we could.

The location is breathtaking and unique. The staff and owners make sure to make justice to this beatiful corner on earth by caring for it as well as for each and every guest, providing great service and top quality breakfast, keeping the place spotless clean, etc. Well done and keep it up!

We stayed at the wonderful Artemis Villas the first week of September.
Hands down this is the best place I have ever has the pleasure to visit. Not only is Santorini an incredibly beautiful island, the service and quality of accommodation we found at Artemis Villas thanks to Chris and Angela and their wonderful team, were second to none.
We stayed in one of the junior suites for a couple of nights and then moved to a studio, as unfortunately the suite wasn't available all week. That being said, both rooms were fantastic. However having a jacuzzi on the balcony with the amazing view over the caldera was something that we didn't want to give up very easily!
As others have mentioned. the staff will bring you treats or drinks every night at sunset which is a really nice touch. The breakfasts every morning were epic and certainly kept you going for some time!
It is Chris, Angela and the team that really makes this place stand out. Nothing is too much trouble, from arranging trips, making reservations for dinner, or just general advice and a friendly chat. Each and every person we came across here made us feel truly welcome and made this trip so very special.
The hotel is located in Imerovigli, and in my opinion it's the best place to stay on the island. So much quieter than Fira and Oia which were always packed with people and constant cruises turning up. Both places are lovely and worth a visit, but we were very glad we were not staying there.
Had the most magical holiday here and did not want to leave. We will be back!
