“Book ahead, worth it”
Reviewed August 25, 2014

We booked ahead through our B&B (Aqua Luxury Suites) in advance. They were overbooked, but immediately found us a seat and a glass of wine while they cleared our table. Food was very fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed higher quality meal in the Greek Isles. Service was exactly right. Definitely recommend as one of the best restaurants on Santorini.

“Really good food for that Price!”
Reviewed August 24, 2014 via mobile

Food: Great
Service: Good
Ambience: Fair

Food Rating:
Vegetable Spagethi 4/5
Seafood Orzo (Mussels & Shrimp) 4/5
Poached Pair Dessert: 3/5

My wife and I had been there for lunch when it was less crowded. We had a veg spagethi and a sea food orzo (traditional Greek pasta made from rice) which was very wholesome and flavorful. We also had the poached pear with Vinsanto for dessert which was good but not exceptional. The staff was fair.

This place is all about the Food. There is neither a view nor an exceptional ambience.

“Great find in tiny town”
Reviewed August 23, 2014

After a steady diet of traditional Greek food, Anogi was a twist on the local fair. The service was excellent and the local wine or waiter recommended was wonderful.

“Delicious!!!”
Reviewed August 23, 2014 via mobile

We decided to try this restaurant after seeing long lines every night for dinner. We came during the afternoon when it was less busy and had drinks and the grilled octopus. The octopus was amazing and is one of the best dishes we had in Greece. Well definitely return here again.

“Tourist trap”
Reviewed August 22, 2014 via mobile

The food is subpar compared to the restaurant next door. Waiting for a table is a bit of an adventure, since they don't take the time to write down names. We were not allowed to order drinks and an appetizer until our entire order, including main dishes, was complete. The appetizer we had contained only two croutons for a vast amount of cheese. Not to mention the fact that a street vendor was allowed by the staff to sell trinkets to patrons... On the bright side they gave us a complimentary dessert and the wine was up to par.
