We followed the rating on Trip Advisor and had lunch at "le Bistro de Jef".
The menu of the day was a salad with "fleur de courgette" stuffed with ratatouille. With a desert of two small "boules" of ice-cream that was it. 19€. The salad was small, mostly rucola with a balsamic dressing. Taste was OK, nothing spectacular. The ice cream was nice, but again nothing spectacular.
With a medium quality bottle of Bandol white wine, that was substantially marked up from retail price, the meal ended up at well over 110€ for 4 persons.
Price quality is low, the food is average, the portions are very small, even by French culinary standards (which we know and have come to appreciate). Service was very mediocre, they made every effort to serve us fast and get "it quickly behind them".
This restaurant has a magnificent view, the restaurant does not however justify itself in terms of price or quality.
We would recommend any visitor to Cadiere d'Azur to find another place than Jef.
