“Fantastic”

Fantastic atmosphere. Antonio made us feel like we were a part of his familly. The food and service were excellent. We had 7 dinners in a row at Antonio's and they were all very good.
We visited Antonio's vinery and his garden, very, very Nice! Nice pool with a lot of space.
Less good: no refrigerator in the room, you need a car to get to the Best beaches.
A lot of potential to make the pension even better: some music during the evening? Staff in the outside bars?
Sumary: i absolutely recommend this small pension!!!

No internet. No fridge in room for water or other stuff you wish to keep cold. Full of brojen glass around poolside. My child had blood on feet because of that. Croars smoke a LOT!!! Also inside! No telephone in room.

This hotel was really great, it is a lovely family run place. It is just really authentic, not flashy, but really lovely. Myself and my boyfriend initially booked in here because we had a few days in between coming from Dubrovnik and getting the ferry over to Korcula island. It ended up being our favourite place I would say. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool area on the ground floor, the view from the pool is absolutely amazing, blue sea as far as the eye can see! We travelled here in July 2013 and the pool was always pretty quiet, either we had it to ourselves or there were one or two others there. There was lovely seating to sit around the pool in the evenings and just chill out. The villa had their own wine from their own vineyard which was very reasonable, so we would just sit out for a few hours with some wine and just chill. I really recommend this if you are looking for a few quiet days, just to relax, swim, hang out and drink wine! The villa is a car journey out of town, and Orebic itself doesn't have a massive amount going on down there. There was a beach which had a boat that would pull inflatable rings behind it, but the beach was for locals more so than tourists. The villa was not really that busy, so if you are looking for a nice quiet place where it will really only be yourselves and a couple of others I recommend it, if you are looking for a place in the centre of the action where it's all happening then this one is not for you!!! :)

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the pool on the ground floor and it was very quiet, we had no problems her...

We arrived at the ferry port in Orebic not knowing what to expect from Villa Antonio except for what we'd seen and read on trip advisor. We were escorted from the ferry in style by Antonio himself, proprietor. He saw to our every need, from a late-night snack, to a ride up to the Orebic monastery, to a day trip to Montenegro after our stay. The hotel and rooms were clean, bright and beautiful, if a bit out of character with the surrounding countryside. We had a suite overlooking the shimmering Adriatic, with a view of vineyards and far off ports. Antonio and his staff were a delight, particularly his summer resident, young "man of all things", Pavo. The food was delicious, consisting of mostly local fish and veggies from the garden. Ask for a sample of what they're eating in the kitchen - we were lucky enough to be offered a plate of Croatian "mousaka." The lobby, restaurant, and many varied sitting areas indoors and out were full of eccentric treasures collected from around the world. The pool and grounds are clean and well-tended in a magnificent location on a cliff above the sea. We were also given a tour of Antonio's personal wine cellar where we sampled his own wine and countless fruit liquors. Don't miss a walk down to the sea just across the road from the hotel where there is a lovely grotto, a shrine to St. Nikolas, and a great jumping off point for a swim. All in all, a fabulous find. We're going back!

Room Tip: Ask for the "Presidential Suite" if you have a big group. Otherwise, ask for a room above...

Three of us stayed in the Presidential Suite and opted for the pre-paid dinner when reserving the room. The place is gorgeous, very roomy and a balcony with a view to die for. The food was plentiful and good. Pavo and Antonio were excellent and friendly hosts. We enjoyed our brief stay very much!
