Very rude night security. We arrived by the car and stood calm waiting the security guy , who noticed us, come to us..he noticed us, interrupting his chatting with other security guys, but instead of coming to us, turned with back demonstrating his ignorance, and went away.. I was with 2 little kids in the car, and according to the law I can’t go out of the car leaving them alone, when we all three came out and asked him why he ignores us, he answered that there were no parking space inside that’s why he didn’t see any sense to come to us to the security border..
Dear Guest relations, your personnel demonstrate ignorance to your guests, i have never met such rude attitude to the guests, your staff shows irritation to us, showing that chatting with other staff is more important to them.. your service is more poor than 3star hotel.. if you recruit staff who doesn’t like guests or normal communication, this is your mistake and your attitude to us. Because your staff treat us as low as you allow them to do.
We were really disappointed with low service of your staff on the security. Beach bar Marina- also we’re rude , particularly the senior waitress/manager with black curly hair. She treated us very rude and cried when she didn’t understand our request to heat food for my son who came later than expected.. absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior.
