The personal espacially the tennis teachers are very unfriendly. Only the windsurf teacher Coni is very cool and friendly. All the windsurf teachers are friendly. The complex himself is very nice (pools, restaurants, very green). The food is tasty. The lifegards do not alloud anything.I liked my vacation in this hotel but the teachers of tennis are not friendly. For the rest i liked it👍🏻.More

Enjoyed a week of rest and relaxation, great resort with a big apartment. 5 swimming pools to use, all great. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Very pretty and peaceful environment with pine trees, and flowers. Staff friendly and helpful. Gated community with security. I would recommend for family’s, no cars on site and life guards at each pool. Sea is calm and shallow, ideal for children. We all feel very rested and could have stayed another week. Good to find a peaceful resort, perfect family beach holiday x

Very rude night security. We arrived by the car and stood calm waiting the security guy , who noticed us, come to us..he noticed us, interrupting his chatting with other security guys, but instead of coming to us, turned with back demonstrating his ignorance, and went away.. I was with 2 little kids in the car, and according to the law I can’t go out of the car leaving them alone, when we all three came out and asked him why he ignores us, he answered that there were no parking space inside that’s why he didn’t see any sense to come to us to the security border..
Dear Guest relations, your personnel demonstrate ignorance to your guests, i have never met such rude attitude to the guests, your staff shows irritation to us, showing that chatting with other staff is more important to them.. your service is more poor than 3star hotel.. if you recruit staff who doesn’t like guests or normal communication, this is your mistake and your attitude to us. Because your staff treat us as low as you allow them to do.
We were really disappointed with low service of your staff on the security. Beach bar Marina- also we’re rude , particularly the senior waitress/manager with black curly hair. She treated us very rude and cried when she didn’t understand our request to heat food for my son who came later than expected.. absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior.

Stayed for a week with my wife and 2 kids. Nice resort with plenty of activities, pools and restaurants. A bit hilly to get around but not too bad and golf buggies available if needed. Staff were pleasant and mostly had some English so communication was easy enough. Food and drink was good value but we found ourselves going into local Sozopol restaurants each evening for meals as there was plenty of choice for restaurants and incredible value. Meal for 4 including drinks would rarely be more than €40-50 including a generous tip. Accommodation in resort was spacious and well laid out. On the resort we had a clean 2 bed apartment which could have done with a washing machine and oven and daily cleaning service was a bit of a pain. Close to Sozopol which was easily walkable or transport available for 2 lev per person (about 1 euro). Really enjoyable week
Stayed here recently and really enjoyed everything about the resort. Really handy to get to Sozopol, the hotel run a small road train service. A fabulous complex with swimming pools, restaurants, sports and wellbeing facilities. Loved it’s close proximity to two beaches too. Everything within easy walking distance. Great buffet breakfast and attentive staff. Felt spoilt here and excellent value for money! Meals cheaper in Sozopol as is usual in resorts - UK prices or a little cheaper in restaurants on the complex. Drinks so cheap! We could feast like kings when out for evening meal in Sozopol. Beautiful country with lots of greenery and mountains too - well worth a visit! We will be back ☺️!

Very nice location and fantastic beach just down the road. Taxis and trains are easy to use and cheap. We were lucky that our rooms were in walking distance, if they had been any further it would be difficult to walk. Make sure you read the small signs on the mirrors to ensure you get fresh towels.
Disappointed that the beds were not changed or made all week or floors swept.
Had a really good deal booking 2 weeks before arriving, however really disappointed at the price we have had to pay for a late checkout which equates to almost the cost of one adult for an entire week.
For anyone needing a late checkout be aware of this in advance. We were given two different prices for the late checkout and then told we were having this at a discount!
Lovely food within the resort and at very reasonable prices for a family of 5. Make sure you look around at places to eat to get the best deals.
Overall very pleased with our holiday and the resort, just disappointed with the overinflated price for a late checkout.
