“Very nice, but...”
Reviewed August 12, 2011

The place have good things and bad things.
1. good things
- Atrium Hotel it's part of Royal Victoria Club, and I liked this- it's a big perimeter, closed with gates, apart from the rest of the Elenite resort;
- eveywhere there a lot of flowers, palm trees, and the green area is very well kept;
- the hotel looked very nice, right on the beach, the rooms are well sized, and is very clean;
- the "club" have some hotels and lot of interesting villas scatered on the mountain;
- mini market, restaurants, inside the club
2. bad things -the meal and whole meal time
- first of all you could never find a table in the restaurant or at the terace; it was allways very crowded;
- they served daily fried frozen meat ;
- you could never find a clean glass after five minutes of meal started;
- no one clean the tables during the meal time;
- people were eating in the lobby.......
- the reservation for a la carte restaurants were very bad organized-you have to wait for a long, long time in a queue;
Like a conclusion :the management of the hotel I think it is very poor. Too bad because, like I said, the resort is very nice, quiet, perfect for a vacation with family.

Clean resort. Good location of hotel. Restaurant food not very warm, and very repatitive during our two week stay. Watch out for the other foreign nationals stock piling food at meal times. Also lack of cutlery at meal times. Waiting staff very eager to clear tables before we had finished our food. Room comfortable but balcony not very big. No plug for the sink. Sea views. Air con was not in use until the 2nd week of our stay. Pools clean and permanently watched by lifeguards. Water park was great fun. Had to pay for drinks, food and sunbeds & parasols if you wanted them. We did encounter problems in booking the ala carte restaurants during our stay with the hotel reception. Avoid the mediterranean ala carte restaurant at all costs. Lack of service. Waited over 2 hours with a very small amount of food served and not the food that we had ordered. Sozapol & Italiano (BBQ) restaurants worth a visit. This resort lacks a wide range of snacks outside meal times. Only hot dogs, chicken kebabs & burgers are available at bars within the complex. Be quick to grab a burger if you want one between 11am - 12 midday at the bar outside the Royal Park. Local drinks served under all inclusive basis. Branded drinks & cocktails are chargable. Delicious icecream served. Burgers ran out quick due to the amount that other nationalities were taking. Animation team were good and the kids enjoyed one show that we did manage to see. The animation hall gets very packed, so be prepared to go early if you want a seat. On site shops were handy although if you want a variety of shops for all and day trips to local resorts, you will need to travel by bus or taxi. Felt very cut off at times as the complex is enclosed and apart from the waterpark and supermarket outside the complex, there isn't a lot that can be done outside the complex unless you are prepared to travel to other resorts. There is a supermarket located outside of the complex which was handy for buying snacks, drinks that we could not get in the hotel. Although we had a relaxing holiday, we don't feel that we would stay at this resort again.

There are alot of negative reviews about the whole Elenite resort and yes there are a couple of issues but nothing major..You would get them anywhere ..
On a whole the resort was lovely.. the hotel room a little small but nice view.. the food served cooler than we like but there culture is not to serve food hot! The point is you are not at home so it wont be the same as at home.. plenty of choice altho you do have to get to dinning room early ish to get a good selection as some guest do take more than is necessary. You soon learn to get slice of cake on way in...
The place is extreamely clean, pools are grounds well kept. lifeguards on all pools and along the beach.. plenty of water sports, the water park is fabulous altho you do have to pay for drinks and sunbeds as its also a public venue..but we took bottles of water in with us, just hired a bed and parasol..kids can use lilos as beds..
You can drink in all bars in the resort except one on the beach.. you can only use your hotel resturant altho there is 2 ala carte resturants to use once a week each. There is a good selection of food buffet style always something to eat .. a sandwich bar that does nice kebab rolls a hotdog place and an ice cream palour thats open all day and serves hot croissants till 11am.. Ice cream was delicious...
The beach has every water sport going and plenty of beds,,
the entertainment team seem to do a good job and there is a nightly programme in the family entertainment bar. The staff are pleasent if you are..and if you do tip you get served quicker next time :-)..
We had a fabulous time and we are planning on going back next year with our 5 children..
