Overlooking the picturesque Krishna valley at a very short distance from the Panchganga temple is the neat, clean and beautiful Krishnabai temple.A 13th century temple is in ruins. A Krishnabai or a cow head is carved in stone of the columns & the ceiling . This is supposed to be the source of five Deccan rivers: Krishna, Koyna, Venna, Savitri and Gayatri. The temple has a Shivalingam and a beautiful statue of goddess Krishna. .
Most of the carvings of this temple have faded but the beauty remains. This temple is worth visiting from both historical, aesthetic and religious purpose.
