We checked into Saket Plaza for a 2 night stay at Mahabaleshwar. The check in process was smooth and quick.We had taken a Luxury AC room which had a double bed and also a sofa cum bed to accommodate an extra person, if any. The rooms are neat and clean and well furnished. Although when we first entered, the room was full of musty smell probably because the room had remained shut for quiet some time during monsoon.However, we opened the windows (which overlook the swimming pool) and damp air went away in no time.
There is no provision of tea/ coffee in room so you have to order room service every time you want tea. Room service is prompt but it is worth noting that it is available only till 10:30 pm which is a little drawback. Also hot water is available only from 7 to 10 in the morning and all the other times you have to request for hot water separately.
The hotel has a lot to offer in terms of entertainment such as indoor games: carrom,table tennis etc, a well maintained swimming pool, a mini waterfall next to the pool,a garden with swings for kids, a tree house etc. All this offers great photo opportunities and fun time.
The food is scrumptious.Breakfast and dinner are buffet and breakfast is usually South Indian.
The check out time is at 8:00 am but they allow you to check out by 9:00 which is a relief.
Overall our stay at Saket Plaza was pleasant, fun and comfortable. A hotel, certainly worth recommending!

This was a good experience staying at Saket Plaza. Hospitality, location, Food was very good.

Place you can visit near by Lake, Gokarting, Horse riding, Fort, Durt biking.

All I can say it was **** :)

We stayed from 4th May to 8th May14 , it was a lovely experience between the natural ambience & homely staff.

Would highly recommend this hotel & would visit it next time also.

Close to Market, near the govt honey factory & MTDC.
