Unlike the other beaches of Goa which are pretty clean.. Baga is slightly dirty. the good part is its a very lively beach, good music and many shacks to chill and eat on !

good beach to watch the world go by, plenty of beach huts to have good food and a few beers, great night life on the beach.

Center for all water sports and massages on the beach.
Never to Miss-out:
Water Scooter Rs 150- 300 (15 min to 30 min)
Para Water skiing Rs 200 - 400 (10 min to 20 min) wow
Banana ride: Rs 150 -250 (10 min ti 20 min)
Massage: Head Rs 100 (15 min), Leg Rs 150 (15 min)

Get lazy and go during evenings for a sunset drink, along with some good food, initially order one dish and check the taste b4 ordering more as different shacks have different tastes.
Best place to relax and have fun must warn about the crowd in evenings as its a prime spot.

Baga is full of tourists from all over the world from English to Russian, Israeli to Indian! Be aware of the flag system as the currents can be very strong and have taken a few life's! There are endless beach shacks all in competition with each other so to be honest they are all roughly priced the same! I liked Sams, and shining star. Also be careful if you are a young female as some Indian tourists pretend to take photos of themselves and are actually snapping you, as I found out but don't let this put you off! You can lay all day watching people, buying pretty much whatever you can think of from beach sellers and the day flies by, but if you want to relax without being hassled then baga beach is not for you! Head to candolim or down to south Goa! Baga is the busiest beach in Goa.
