This hostel is located a couple of blocks from malecon and 2-3 blocks from bus stop. But it’s not like a huge advantage, since the village is small and everything within 10-20 minutes walk.
I had a single room with bathroom en-suite. It was not huge but big enough. There is a fan in the room. Also outside there is a small balcony looking over the street shared with other 2 rooms on this floor.
Bed was big and comfortable. Linen was fresh and smelling good. Also there is a mosquito net but I didn’t use it since didn’t see any mosquito around.
Bathroom facilities are good although shower could be a little bit more spacious. Water is hot and have a good pressure. Also it’s very stable in terms of temperature. Towel and soap are provided.
Also there is a book section for exchange/buying but guide books are not for sale, just for reading.
The owner is very friendly and talkative. She has a cat and a dog, but very jealous when someone trying to make friends with her pets.
Only shortcoming: it’s not 24h reception. So it’s better to tell in advance when you’re going to check out not to wait for a long time. Although I didn’t manage to do this the day before since there was nobody at reception and no one answer the ring-bell.
