We stayed in one of the studios. The views across the bay from the bed, through the open wooden shutter type doors, was so relaxing.
We had a wonderful week. We intended to self cater but after tasting the the fantastic food cooked by Bruno down at the Lodge on the first night we ate there every night. Iris kept the drink flowing and ensured that there was always a relaxing atmosphere

The Island, the location of Two Bays and the handy placement of Cabier provide a wonderful combination to unwind and just relax.
It is a place I would recommend without hesitation and would hope to return with friends. A hire car adds to the ability to just go when and where you want to explore this island.

Far from the beaten tourist treks we found a place of tranquility and beauty for perfect relaxation. Cabier Ocean Lodge is a rare gem in unspoiled Caribbean nature. I truly can say it was my most relaxed holiday ever. From our bedside we watched the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean and started the day with coffee on our balcony overlooking the coconut trees, the sandy beach and rolling waves, and as far as our eyes could follow the coastline there was no other house in sight!
A little pathway through lush tropical gardens leads to a stunning restaurant, a wooden deck above open water, roofed only by two old mango trees. Here we are served yummy breakfasts and outstanding gourmet dinners created by Bruno, the French chef and manager.
We didn't expect such an amazing treat and warm welcome. Bruno's wife Iris and her friendly local staff quietly and unobtrusively arranged for everything we needed, from masks for snorkeling to a rental jeep which was delivered right to our door step. Even though we stayed during high season we mostly were the only ones on the beach as well as on the hiking trails that run along Grenada's stunning coast.
I have been to quite a few Caribbean islands and neat places but I really can say that Cabier Ocean Lodge is the place we are already looking forward to return to. It's one of the rare, unspoiled natural and affordable places left to enjoy!

Room Tip: The rooms of the wood house overlooking the beach and ocean.

After being dissapointed about our confirmed reservation at a Plantationhouse in the north of Grenada we ended up in Cabier with the help of Phil of Petit Anse. Here we arrived unexpected and were treatead very friendly like returning guests. The place is ideally situated on the ocean front with lots of flowering and fruit trees around. The staff were extremely friendly which made our stay comfortable. We recommend dinner as an artistic and very tastful presentation by Bruno. Great place.

We arrived at Cabier late and hungry and hoped that we might be able to order a sandwich to tide us over until morning, so were delighted to find that there was a three course meal waiting for us! Which, incidentally, was delicious and gave us our first taste of caribbean food and Bruno's excellent cooking and Iris' hospitality.

Bruno and Iris were so helpful and were always pleased share their local knowledge, as were the staff.

Hide away is the perfect description for Cabier Ocean Lodge as you feel so far away from the rest of the world, and can enjoy the peace and quiet of the unspoilt Caribbean. Often, we were the only people on the beach.

We were also lucky enough to stay in the 'Beach Star Apartments', which were ideal, with beautiful views of one of the bays. And also, the Two Bay Studios, which also boast stunning views and an infinity pool!

Room Tip: We stayed in both the beachstar and the studio villa and both were lovely, but the villas pool is amazing

The location of the cabier lodge is amazing, in the middle of nature, surrounded by palm trees, fruit trees and a nice calm beach. The place is perfect for relaxing, meeting nature and nice food. If you like animals, then you are at the right place, because there are Devon and Geiko who will take you on a tour with their donkeys. I also enjoyed the rum punch of Iris with the view over the coast and the sea.
The manager Iris and Bruno are very helpful and gave me good recommendations concerning hikes and places to see.
They also offer day trips around the island which I can highly recommend. As that is the way how you discover the island best.

I had a great stay at the cabier lodge, thank you Iris and Bruno!
