“Neat little shop”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

Loved the shopping and unique wrapping for gifts, loved the recycled gist bags. Special coffees we ordered were not good. Barista improvements would help. Friendly service, nice setting.

“delicious homemade gelato”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

We only had gelato at Sanderella, but it was delicious. Our young server said she and her father made the gelato themselves. I had the peach gelato and it tasted very fresh. The price was very reasonable as well.

“Great food”

Excellent crepes, the pizza is also good. Lots of hand made and local crafts in their shop. They all have gelato - didn't try it but it looked really good!

“Best place in tiny New Denver for hand-crafted arts....and crepes!”
Reviewed November 30, 2011

My husband and I absolutely love New Denver, a tiny sleepy town about 150km south of the ski town Revelstoke. If you are in the Kootenies and enjoy exploring small towns off the beaten path, I highly recommend finding your way to New Denver. While you are there, visit Sanderella, a craft/jewelry shop on Main Street, for handmade arts and souvenirs and sit down for a crepe and some coffee! Enjoy yourself.

Inside the spacious shop is a cafe that features various sweet and savory crepes. The shop is run by a husband and wife team - two very nice and friendly folks. We were there on a slow but hot Sunday afternoon in August - enjoyed our coffee and crepes on the shaded patio for couple hours, waiting for the intense heat to pass... It has free WiFi!!

Here is the website for Sanderella and her work. Go there...at least visit her website!
