We ended up staying 10 nights at this hotel it was a lovely place to spend a holiday the room was very comfortable with everything you need the staff were very friendly and were well experienced in attending to guests, breakfasts were very nice and we had friends join us for dinner and were very pleased with the meal we are retired hotel owners and very particular how we were looked after we did not inform staff of this but were very pleased with everything. Thank you.

Stayed for 3 nights on our trip and found the room had ample space for us and luggage and was clean and warm with the bathroom being nice and big.The staff were friendly and helpful at dining, bar and reception areas with Patrick spoiling us in the dining area. The brekky was wonderful as was dinner......... well worth it.
The whole ambience was one of warmth and welcoming and we felt really comfortable so far from home (Australia)
My wife and I cant wait to go back and sample more of Patricks Guinness
Thanks everyone

Lovely hotel with great friendly staff, I didn't have breakfast as didn't fancy rushing about that morning, husband did though and said it was lovely. Only stayed one night but would like to return for a longer stay. Handy for Belfast Int Airport but not too close.

Room Tip: Didn't hear any complaints about any of the rooms.

This hotel should be rated 5 star. Service outstanding. When we checked in late after a long drive and tiring day's walking the gentleman on reception gave us a warm welcome and organised drinks to be waiting after we settled into our room. I had problems with checkin for our flight and an issue printing boarding passes. The hotel were only to happy to let me use their computer and print it there. Breakfast was lovely and everyone was extremely helpful. You cannot go wrong staying here.

I went over to Northern Ireland with my brother to watch the North West 200 this year 2013. We booked the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, very friendly and the service were fantastic. As the motorcycling was cancelled we spend quite a bit of time in the hotel, but we enjoyed ourselves because of the staff. Rooms were great and we would go back again. Thank you.

This more a 4 or 5 star hotel rather than 3 star! Modern, stylish, spacious and spotless. Rooms beautifully furnished and Management/Staff efficient and friendly. On the minus side - sometimes bar service can be a bit slow!
