Go through the doors and it opens up into a giant hall with a loverly outside tea area a the rear. All the staff are well informed and very helpful. If you need to know what's on in Rochester this is the place. You also buy your tickets here for the castle concerts without commission

“Worth popping in”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 5, 2012

Looked in here during the Christmas period when it was quite busy and being well-used. Didn't make use of the staff but there were many leaflets on local attractions. There were nice displays on local history and a wall dedicated to the Dickens novels. There is a large art gallery which had some good contemporary art showcasing the artist's unusual technique. There is a cafe at the back which seemed quite popular.
