“Excellent location with fabuous views looking out to sea”
Reviewed January 9, 2018 for a stay in December 2017

This is a very well equipped cottage in a prime location in Broadstairs (pleasant 5 min walk to town centre via coastal path outside the house). There is private parking (a rare treat in Broadstairs). The adjoining conservatory contains several two-seater sofas with fantastic views across the North Sea. The lounge is very cosy and has two more two-seater sofas and a large TV with multiple channels.

There is plenty of storage room in the bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom (twin) is very roomy and ideal for older children/teenagers. The open-tred wooden staircase might be difficult for small children to manage.

The mature back garden is delightful with garden furniture and quite private.

We enjoyed a family Christmas week with grandparents. The dining table seats 6 but is a little bit of a squeeze if you invite any extra guests for dinner. However, the kitchen is very well equipped and has lots of storage space. The large fridge-freezer with ice dispenser was great for Christmas catering!

“Our 4th stay at Sea Croft”
Reviewed June 25, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

This is our 4th stay at Sea Croft , each time is as special as the 1st. This time we could only come for a week due to my mothers failing health , the bungalow is fit for any purpose , young and old . We knew what to expect when we come here which is why this is our 4th year visit . The bungalow is spacious , yet cosy and very homely , all convinences needed and very well equipped , kitchen has everything needed , beds all good quality , TV , sky , wi fi and parking for two cars . Pete is a lovely helpful guy and Annie the cleaner that we met here again is a lovely helpful lady . This year Pete has also made some nice improvements to the garden , bathroom and the carpeting which are all lovely .

“Perfect location for a beach holiday”
Reviewed September 14, 2016 for a stay in September 2016

This is the second time we've stayed at Sea Croft and it was another lovely holiday. The property is really spacious and has an enclosed garden which works well for our young daughter. It's only a few minutes walk from the centre of Broadstairs and Viking bay, so couldn't be in a better location.

“You can't beat the location”
Reviewed September 12, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

Another lovely week in beautiful Broadstairs. Seacroft is a lovely bungalow fabulosly situated so that the only time we moved the car all week was to head over to Dreamland in Margate. The accommodation is clean and well presented and 3 generations of my family enjoyed our time there - we will return!!

“Loved it”
Reviewed June 4, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Seacroft became our home away from home for 2 weeks in May and it was wonderful. To have parking and a garden and a sun room and that view was spot on. We walked down into town along the 3 different routes, all of them brilliant, especially past the Tartar Frigate, my fave pub in the cutest town of Broadstairs. However, my most wonderful memory is sitting in the front room, reading the paper and looking out at the English Channel, as well as all the envious people walking past. How I wish I owned that little cottage.
The only things that were less than perfect were the bed sizes (seems they do not have queen or king sized beds in the UK) and the weird shower set up, at least until we worked it out.
That aside, Seacroft is brilliant.

Thanks Kim for the lovely review. I'm really glad you enjoyed your stay. Even if I say so myself it is in the perfect position! The bedroom at the back of the house is a king size. I think you will find that a lot of the holiday homes in the U.K. only have standard doubles or king size, that is what we are used to over here!

“Perfect holiday home”
Reviewed September 9, 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We've had a wonderful week here. The house is really nicely set up, with the most fantastic views over the sea. There's a lovely garden at the back and a smaller enclosed one at the front which is perfect for our 3 year old. We're 5 minutes gentle walk from the centre of broadstairs and Viking bay, which means you can access all you need without using the car. We will definitely be back.
