“Loved it”
Reviewed June 4, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Seacroft became our home away from home for 2 weeks in May and it was wonderful. To have parking and a garden and a sun room and that view was spot on. We walked down into town along the 3 different routes, all of them brilliant, especially past the Tartar Frigate, my fave pub in the cutest town of Broadstairs. However, my most wonderful memory is sitting in the front room, reading the paper and looking out at the English Channel, as well as all the envious people walking past. How I wish I owned that little cottage.
The only things that were less than perfect were the bed sizes (seems they do not have queen or king sized beds in the UK) and the weird shower set up, at least until we worked it out.
That aside, Seacroft is brilliant.

Thanks Kim for the lovely review. I'm really glad you enjoyed your stay. Even if I say so myself it is in the perfect position! The bedroom at the back of the house is a king size. I think you will find that a lot of the holiday homes in the U.K. only have standard doubles or king size, that is what we are used to over here!
Regards, Peter

“Perfect holiday home”
Reviewed September 9, 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We've had a wonderful week here. The house is really nicely set up, with the most fantastic views over the sea. There's a lovely garden at the back and a smaller enclosed one at the front which is perfect for our 3 year old. We're 5 minutes gentle walk from the centre of broadstairs and Viking bay, which means you can access all you need without using the car. We will definitely be back.

“Great location”
Reviewed August 31, 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We spent two lovely weeks at Sea Croft. You can't beat the location and the views. It's extremely close to the centre of Broadstairs and both major beaches and looking out over the sea from the conservatory is just lovely. The garden has been a little neglected which is a shame, because it could be absolutely delightful. Never seen such large rose hips. The reason it's only got four out of five stars is the kitchen. For a family of six that is self-catering, the kitchen was simply not adequately equipped, which was a little sad. (1 medium frying pan, no coffee cups - only mugs, only a handful of drinking glasses, two egg cups - the dishwasher was working overtime for us)
The off-street parking is a blessing.

“Perfect Location, Comfortable and Well Equiped”
Reviewed April 19, 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This must be our third or fourth stay at Sea Croft and we shall be back again no doubt. We have a young family and the bungalow provides enough space, an exciting loft room for the children to sleep in everything you need to cook and relax, plus a great location for the town and most importantly the beaches.
Rain or shine we are down the beach, cycling along the promenade at Stone Bay, scooting down the alleyway to the beach or heading off for a game of crazy golf. By far we spend most time hunting for crabs and making sandcastle and this time (April 2015) the children were in and out of the sea. There is also the Hornby visitors centre which my train buff 3 year old loves (and his Dad).
We have had many happy times in Sea croft and hope to have many more.

“WE HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY, NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!”
Reviewed February 16, 2015 for a stay in December 2014

Our family stayed here over Christmas and found the bungalow as nice or nicer than expected, great position close to the harbour, so my ancient mother could walk to my brother's flat nearby or sit in the sunny conservatory. Beds very comfortable whilst supportive, kitchen big and well fitted. Could happily live here!

This was our second stay at Seacroft. Once again we enjoyed the sea views from the conservatory. The house is well equipped which makes for an easy self catering holiday.
Would recommend others to stay here as it is so convenient for the beach being on top of both Viking and Stone Bays.
Broadstairs is a great place to visit and the shops include independent ones e.g. The Butcher of Brogda, Fruits de mer wet fish shop and real bread from the bakers which makes it a delight to self cater.
We will be back.

Came to stay for a week, the views and sound of the sea is stunning, from the conservatory and attic bedroom with large opening window bringing the sea to you, it is so nice.
The bungalow is large , has every continence you could possibly need , large gardens all round, very easy parking. The furniture is good quality and beds are great with memory foam mattresses, all very clean and well presented.
It was our first stay here , we will definitely be returning if Pete is still letting it out in the summer, a very nice guy who prepared well for our arrival and when we had a minor query Pete and Vicki called straight round , thanking you , Allison , June & Andrea.
