We ate at Johnnies last night and had pre booked. We could see the real charcoal spit in front of us as we were shown to a warm table.area away from the wicked wind outside. The decor is as we have so often seen on our trips to the greek islands. Mediteranean blue and traditional music in the background.

As experienced greek diners we knew what to expect and held back on the starter of dips, hot pitta bread, olives. chick beans and Hummus, and prawn Cocktail.and stuffed vine leaves.

next came lamb meatballs and spicy greek sausage ,,delicious.
Followed by greek tenderloin pork with grilled Halloumi cheese
Followed by King prawns and calamari in a herb/butter sauce.
A short breather (needed) and our pork and chicken Kebabs came (Souvlakia).
Well cooked and very tasty.
Fresh sald with olive and lemon dressing . Yumm
Then to round of a lovely sliced fresh fruit and grapes with coffee.

Stuffed and happy , a lovely evening . the place was 3/4 full by the time we left. Staff polite and helpful.
Will return. Do try where can you get a meal for Under £15.00 plus drinks.

We could not eat all of the food provided.

Walked in for a bite to eat on a night out in Broadstairs. Immediately made to feel welcome. Advised was a set menu so didn't really know what we were getting but the element of surprise was quite fun. Dish after dish after dish kept coming and the food very tasty and of high quality. Thoroughly stuffed though and had no room for dessert but were offered a drink on the house which I thought was a lovely gesture. Highly recommend - excellent value for money and service was brilliant.

There are no menu for foods but only for drinks. Rip off for £28 for two people for meal, as we don't know whats expecting from foods, it kept delivery small plates while we are eating. We felt we are force to eating . we are disappointed and we will not coming back again.

We stumbled upon this restaurant one eveing and it was amazing. we went mid-week and had the set menu, the food was tasty and fresh and just kept on coming, there was so much food we couldn't get through the fruit dessert. The wine was fairly expensive but I think that is because the food is so inexpensive. A great evening out with my hubby, i would definately recommend as most restaurants you can be in and out within an hour, this place is an exception as you feel like you are not being rushed and can spend as much time as you need A+++++++
