Location is excellent - right near the main beach, High Street, restaurants - everything. Cottage itself is tucked away in a quiet square.
Cottage is charming old cottage, living room was cosy and comfy, kitchen had all we required, bathroom was good, plenty of hot water. Main bedroom spacious with very comfy bed. Another bedroom as bunk beds. Splendid enclosed courtyard at back . We had tow small dogs with us and they enjoyed it as much as we did. Plenty of great walks around the coast. Loved it - will return.
Just spent a couple of nights here but it felt like a real holiday in Broadstairs. The cottage is very user friendly and so near the sea. We were given excellent instructions for getting there by the owner. The neighbours in the courtyard were very friendly and our dogs were welcomed too!
I stayed here with some friends for a seaside getaway. Upon arrival we were impressed at just how central the cottage was. We were literally a stone throw away from the beach, pubs and restaurants! The property was lovely and clean. It was very comfortable and the perfect size for us. Phil- the owner- was incredibly helpful and very easy to communicate as and when needed. I'm looking forward to my next stay here and I'll definitely be recommending this to friends and family.
Perfect location, 50 yards from beach and town centre pubs and restaurants an easy walk.
Cottage dates from mid 17th century and has been tastefully restored using ships timbers from old galleons.
Has all mod cons and comfortably sleeps 4.
The bonus is the garden which is a rarity for cottages in the old squares.
The cottage is well kept, great location and lots of character. Good restaurants and the beach within minutes.
