Perfect location for exploring this part of Kent. Wonderful hosts - couldn't do enough for us - made us all extremely welcome, almost part of their family! Awesome breakfasts, very comfortable indeed. Ideal spot next to the beach/cliffs, over looking the English Channel and just a short walk from town centre with great selection of good places to eat. On-street parking but quite safe, which was important for us. Would definitely recommend and we'll certainly be back!

Room tip: If you like a sea view with balcony, select rooms 1 or 2 - brilliant!

Lovely solo stay. Room clean and tidy with a lovely sea view balcony. Very welcoming so felt at home there immediately. Excellent location for walking into Broadstairs main town and beach. Also a lovely beach right in front of the Guest House. Breakfast is superb. Highly recommended. Would love to go back.

Stayed at Devonhurst last week, great location over the road to beach, shops nearby, plenty to see in the area. On arrival we were made very welcome, lovely clean room with sea view. Breakfast was very good loved the fruit salad and great choice of jams and marmalade. Nothing was to much trouble.

Room tip: Room 6 has seaview

Just returned from here after weekend visit.arrived at 5pm on Friday and left today.we really enjoyed our stay.it is very clean,we had room3 at side of house so got a sort of sea view.our room was very comfortable and quiet.one small criticism, the shower room was a bit small and an ample sized human being may struggle, but as I say a small criticism.the breakfast was great, well cooked lots of it,plenty to choose from, also a choice of local jams and marmalade.the owners are very pleasant and helpful.the parking is outside the hotel on the main road,I had no trouble finding a spot.great location, about 10 mins walk from town and main beach, although there is a bay right outside hotel.i would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.

Lovely family run Hotel with high standards and good food,. Love the balcony room2 so I can sit and listen to the sea and sunbathe from our own room. The breakfast special jams and marmalades are so lovely, especially the honey and lemon. The hosts also provided my gluten free bread and the milk and yogurt I like to eat. Thank you very much Payne Family
