“Absolutely stunning in every way”

We stayed in Panorama House for a week in August 2015. It is located in the quiet valley of Kaya with superb views of the ghost town and the surrounding countryside. We were extremely impressed with quality of the fixtures and fittings and the beautiful decor. We were provided with everything that we needed. This is the most luxurious villa that we have been fortunate enough to spend time at and we have stayed at many over the years.
The infinity pool is breathtaking; a good size to swim and surrounded by plenty of comfortable sun lounges to relax and take in the spectacular views of the fields and mountains . It was hard to drag ourselves away but close by has beautiful beaches and amazing costal scenery. We ate out at excellent restaurants in the local villages ; we particularly enjoyed the Wine House .The town of Fethiye is well worth seeing. It has great restaurants , good shopping and was less touristy than we had expected.
We decided not to hire a car and this worked well for us. All taxis were able to take six passengers and were inexpensive. We had a lovely local taxi driver who always seemed available to take us on trips and came back to collect us at our request.
Baris and Vicky were at hand to give advice and to help us with arrangements. They went out of their way to look after us and make our holiday very special.
We had the most relaxing time in this peaceful and tranquil setting and I would love to go back there again. We were completely thrilled by Panorama House and would highly recommend it to others .

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Panorama Evi. There is little to add to the previous 5 star reviews of the wonderful house as they sum it up perfectly and Baris, the owner, could not have been kinder.

Just to add that the quiet and idyllic village of Kayakoy is unspoiled by mass tourism while there are plenty of lovely restaurants offering great food and wine within walking distance of the house (try Jazibe for Sunday brunch, Effeto's garden restaurant with ducks and stream, Levissi Gardens for wine tasting and Izela and Roots for a great atmosphere. The restaurant across the road even does a home delivery service which cost us about £35 in total for a three course home cooked meal for six)

We didn't hire a car as we found the local taxi drivers to be friendly, helpful and efficient.

“Wonderful!!!”

Myself and family members stayed at Panorama Evi, using the hotel as a villa. Words cannot describe how beautiful this place is, from the stunning entrance right up to the rooftop infinity pool; it simply takes your breath away!! The bedrooms are huge and immaculate with the attention to detail you would expect from a 5* hotel. The bathrooms are modern and clearly finished to the highest quality. We spent the majority of our time on the rooftop terrace where we ate our meals and made ample use of the stunning infinity pool. (You have to see the views, spectacular)!! All the facilities in the kitchen are modern and high quality, the same in the spacious living area, again showing off the views of Kaya Valley and the ghost village. The terrace is massive, easily accommodating a large family or group of friends to eat and play, but also very private as it overlooks the Valley and is set into the hillside. Each room also has its own large balcony so its easy to grab some time to yourself if you need to. The owners will give advice on the area and amenities and just about anything you need to know about the area; nothing is too much trouble :-D Kaya Valley itself is beautiful, peaceful with a relaxed and fun social side during the evenings; there is always something to do. I cannot recommend Panorama Evi enough, we loved it so much we are returning next year with even more family members!!

“Stunning villa in beautiful surroundings”
Reviewed May 24, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

an excellent holiday spent in a gorgeous villa with amazing panoramic views of the valley, and especially the Ghost Village. If you wish to dine out, the valley boasts many restaurants all of which offer a variety of experiences, however, food at the hotel is well worth sampling. Nearby Fethiye offers a cosmopolitan experience both of shopping and dining, well worth a trip to the bazaar and market. For the more adventurous among you men, a visit to the Turkish barbers is fun!! Can't wait to go back
